He doesn't define his success as being a professional with some secret, he has homes built and jobs completed as his track record as well as his bank account and he's proud of it.

I've been in the RE profession for awhile, but with all that hard work, I have a dirty little secret that I've been quite ashamed of and I think its time to get it off my chest.

I have asked him why he was so willing to help and share his secrets and he mentioned that he received so much help when he was getting started that he simply wanted to pay it forward and see someone else succeed.  

They keep their information secret and again, no appraisal is done which gives the true value of the home.

I tried working with a new wholesaler here... he had super secret deals just for me except they were  already on Craig's   List and  he sure got  mad when I pointed that out 

If you had 100% success on all your properties I'd ask what was your secret. 

If you paid 100% with CASH, but bought it at a 30% discount off its immediate appraisal (THAT'S the secret!)
