Did you do a search yet?

I'd been searching on and off for almost a year to find appropriate insurance for my Tahoe STR.

No surprise the masses are doom obsessed, it's all the idiot box keeps cramming down there gullet.

I run a call center for Real Estate where we call for investors and I can tell ya, your best bet with such limited time is cold calling targeted lists (high equity within your buy box) for 3-4 hrs every day.

Try to find something that checks as many of your boxes as possible.

I am not aware of Lane's participation on any BiggerPockets podcasts - it is possible, as I have not reviewed all 1,000 of them, that he has appeared on a BiggerPockets show, but I was not able to find one from a simple search.

By not allowing designated dual agency you could be preventing yourself from purchasing a property that otherwise checks all of your boxes.

Also, look at their profiles and search BP for others that match that may be able to assist you:)
