Sri S.
Posted

Hi,

Does anyone have STR property in Joshua Tree area? If so, can you please share your experience? What are the regulations around Joshua Tree? Is it a good ROI market? Any pain points in investing there?

Did you do a search yet? People have been asking this for years now, and based on that I would take a wild guess that the market there is oversaturated and over-regulated....
