@Todd Dexheimer, good points.We agree that some of the markets are in a rent-growth bubble, which is why we focus on markets that still have a lot of rent-growth runway remaining.We also underwrite our deals to be conservative and do sensitivity analysis on several KPIs, one of them being breakeven occupancy.
