I will not steal anyone away permanently just looking for a job by job contractor that can get the work done the first time. 

I have been going from contract job to contract job, with no sense of a permanent position on the horizon.

It is also customary in my area for C class apartments to have window style unit AC permanently installed in the wall.

HOWEVER, that opens up a can of worms re: RVs as permanent residences - it's common that RVs are not permitted to be used as residences on bare land except under certain circumstances (such as during active construction of a primary residence); usually it's required that there's already a permanent structure on the property and the RV (or other small building) be considered an "accessory dwelling unit".  

CERTIFIED MAIL is not available to overseas destinations, the tenants' permanent addresses are in Europe, and I have to send the NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE CLAIM ON SECURITY DEPOSIT via Certified Mail as required by §83.49(3), Florida Statutes. 

But I might soon be moving to NC permanently.

Keep delaying the inevitable, and you won't have anything to move forward with...because the losses will be permanent...and you'll be out of the game.

So it is not designed to be a permanent loan.  

What if landlord tells tenant to vacate permanently to address those issues without ever sending a contractor to inspect or asses the problems?

We pay for theshortest time needed to (a) repair or replace the damagedproperty, or (b) permanently relocate the rental premises,but in no event for more than 12 months.
