I see what you’re saying as far as not just going with a cookie cutter number, but tailoring each offer for the situation and the buyer that I think would most likely be interested in said deal to be able to optimize the amount of money made as well as the amount of contracts signed.

@Mark Sewell - I agree with @Aaron Taylor, if you got 307 click-through to your landing page, I would expect that you should get at least a few leads, so I would split test/optimize your landing page design and offer.
