In late 2021 my wife and I both found jobs in Chicago, bought our second property (also a condo) there, moved in and had our first kid there.

On my end, I’ve managed to save about $80K and still owe $17K in student loans, but since I’m in the grace period after graduating in May, I’ve held off on paying them to keep my savings in a high-yield account for now.I’ve been exploring Midwest markets where property prices are more affordable, and I feel like this might be the right place for me to start my real estate investing journey.In the meantime, I’m also working with my parents to convert their single-family home into a three-family unit.

Explore Investor Groups: If you’re not alone in this—meaning if there are other investors in the same syndication who are also unhappy—you might consider banding together.

We constantly get offers on our out of state properties but have no interest in selling, leaving to our kids, so no “deal” to be had until our kids own them.

Its for two people (kids go free) and 4 nights.

I mean we wont do that for our kids even LOL
