My brother is still there and we're tackling the greater Tulsa and OKC areas.

I am moving to Greenville, SC at the end of this month to begin a full time grad school program (over the next 18 months) and plan to do just as you mentioned, fix and flip and acquire some moderate buy and holds to generate cash to first and foremost pay off my student loans, then tackle much larger goals and ideas.

I've worked in construction since I was in high school so I would like to tackle most of this myself, just maybe not the gutting.

I began investing at age 26 as well with rentals and will be tackling my first small flip next month.

Bottom line though is it will be hard to tackle all three of those goals evenly because all options will be stronger in one area than the other and vice versa.Sorry I could not be of more help but maybe someone else will be able to offer some solutions.
