I am moving to Greenville, SC at the end of this month to begin a full time grad school program (over the next 18 months) and plan to do just as you mentioned, fix and flip and acquire some moderate buy and holds to generate cash to first and foremost pay off my student loans, then tackle much larger goals and ideas.
