Looking to introduce myself to everyone at BP

Good Afternoon All, My name is Joe Cino and I'm from Long Island New York. I am 26 years old and currently in the process of buying my first investment property (legal 2 family). I am in the bagel business by trade and have owned and operated my own retail store for 6 years. I do enjoy what I do but I am looking to create a solid real estate business for myself so I can eventually do this full time. I have a lot of experience dealing with everyday issues and tackling them as they come along. I have confidence in myself that I can transition these skills to a career in real estate rather seamlessly. Doing my first deal currently has lowered my capital a little. I am here on BP to educate myself and open up an amazing opportunity to connect with someone who will see my life experience and hard work as an asset and be willing to work with me. I am willing to manage property at no cost other then the chance to show the right investor that I am someone who can be a real positive person to have on their team.
