I am being told that's not possible as a third party company is building the home and the turn key provider is also not allowed on the build site since it’s a hard hat zone and a liability.

They think they want it to be me that finds them the deals and wears the hat of that primary responsibility, but in reality you WANT someone who knows what they're doing and who can do that with excellence. 

We have a "lyin' a$$hat" clause in our contract that charges $500 if they bring a dog and don't disclose.

It is my view hat if it is a safe unit SB13 should make that not possible (being forced to remove the unit).

Is it a disaster, or just an eyesore that can be made plumb , with a furred wall??

After that, they become old hat the second time around. 

I can give you a referral for both we just had a recent quote to do some fence work, and was kinda shocked at the price... so hold on to your hat! 

Growing pains and learning how to shift from wearing all the hats, to wearing the executive hat as much as possible.
