I wouldn't expect "Quick Cash" because the low hanging fruit is older mobile homes.. and people buying those don't have large chunks of cash typically.

what @Tchaka Owen said 100%. do your research and find a good agent. if you have never listed a fsbo before, i would go ahead and try it, maybe you will do perfectly fine with it but theres a reason why some of the best business for agents is to convert fsbos to listings. if you dont care about marketing time, you can always list with an agent later on.

Because that helps you enjoy some of the fruits of your labor today, now, while you are young, healthy, vibrant, and full of life. 

I mean how many agents are going to be on your dream team when your capacity is to buy one 70k house in the mid west and hope to rehab it.. and want them to do all your ground work.. time suck for agent.. that's for sure. 

What kind of offer have you seen to be fruitful?

I love seeing the fruits of your labor within months as opposed to years.

Any recommendations for agents would be greatly appreciated.
