Looking for Investor minded real estate agent in Poconos

Andrew G.
Posted

Hello,

My wife and I are interested in looking into houses up in the Poconos. We are looking at the Poconos as a personal vacation home for our family since it is only an hour and a half away but we do want to buy something that can be a STR to help our costs and possibly even cash flow if we can find the right deal. I am looking for a real estate agent in the area that would have knowledge to assist in finding a short-term rental-friendly properties in the Poconos.

We already own a couple long term rentals down in Southeastern Pennsylvania and are looking at this as a possible starting point for getting into the STR game, while also getting some personal enjoyment out of it since we like going up there.

Any recommendations for agents would be greatly appreciated.
