I may be on the wrong track, but I was thinking that being occupied making a a living for the time being in a field where I am constantly seeing, showing, selling property that it would expose me more to an area I know little about but am fascinated by.I also thought that by virtue of industry itself, I'd gain access to multiple data resources that would combine info for work and for self.As a novice, wouldn't learning real estate help with future intended investing, while earning an income as I learn?

I was fascinated by the idea of owning a property and having some one pay you to live there and you make money at the end of every month for providing housing and keeping them happy.

I really just want to pick his brain because I am fascinated by multifamily investing and hope to get there at some point in my life.
