I feel the only way to success would really be to devote oneself to the altruistic intent of the Opportunity Zones program by making meaningful connections to the community and learning what the biggest needs are, finding sponsors or organizations willing to run a business for profit or non-profit that would really be accepted and welcomed by the community.

And to qualify, they need to be able to devote some time to the process, have a work ethic and be in it for the long haul.

The "problem" is that it requires resources to educate kids and it doesn't appear we are prepared to devote the right types of resources to this end.

On the other hand, we are developing a MOB (medical office building) and I have a website specifically devoted to that.
