And I'm having a hard time convincing our bank to allow this large a check deposit through the mobile apps (when they have one, ugh community banks sometimes)... unless we want to upgrade and pay for the privilege of their "treasury services".Thoughts?

Recently purchased my first mobile home park and it has a ton of issues.

I recently became involved in the mobile home park industry with a new partner who has been doing it for a few years.

Interested in Boise Id, Austin TX, Mobile Al, Hattiesburg MS and any potential markets in WA.

I can put myself around in the greater Mobile, AL area.

We have 1997 mobile home property sits in 10 acres land that we rent it out. 

What I want to achieve is passing all home maintenance requirements to the tenants of my mobile home park.  

They have my mobile # to call / text for issues.
