My name is Danny Maalouf. I'm a real estate agent and quickly becoming a REI Junky. I'm new to the forums and I am looking to connect, learn and share as much as possible. I plan on starting with fix and flips and after I get a few under my belt, I want to get into BRRRRs. My goal is to replace my income from real estate agency work with investment income in order to insulate myself from the cycles in the real estate sales business.
