THAT is what you want to avoid.By contrast a company like mine will give me a nice bonus based on "rate lock pull-through %," meaning that if we lock your loan & rate YOUR LOAN WILL FUND or it screws with our compensation not just from your deal, but from OTHER deals too, because it throws that % off.
