Look at the first few pages of the title commitment for the numbers or the last few pages after schedule D. 

Destination parks are typically in a desirable location where people want to visit and vacation.

If you visit annually or even every couple years it gives you a reason to check in on the properties.

Regular inspections are crucial to maintain the property’s condition; aim to visit at least quarterly if possible, or hire a property manager to conduct these inspections for you.

Touching on some of the above my lender did a loan for a client who did not have a primary (lives in rented NYC apartment and purchased home in FL), and mileage is not a concern but you have to prove a reason i.e. you live in a city and the visit the beach often, you work often in subject area, mountains, etc.
