This little seed planted the passion and idea of owning a property and renting it out.I've always rented all my life (I'm a millennial after all), but now that the time has come to settle down, I wanted to start preparing financially for the rest of my life. 

Many of my millennial clients are looking to buy single family homes with tiny homes in the backyard to help with the mortgage payment.

Hello, This is my first post, and I'm here because I found the podcast off of Millennial Money Minutes.

I don't know if this is a generational thing but to me I don't think millennials care about school ratings at all... also, I'm sure they are low because Indy public schools are like any other public school which means they are both awesome and really bad all at the same time. 

Recently, I noticed more and more out of staters moving in, no official stats but on a visual micro level educated millennials are replacing the ones bailing LA in some locations.  

Like most millennial investors we have student loan debt.
