My rent payments go into my Baselane bank account but rent can also be collected in a third party bank account

Part of why I feel the unfortunate timing of this incident, which is neither the fault of the parties involved in the transaction, should have happened once the transaction was completed.

If there is financing, chances are the seller will need that credit to go buy their next home and is savvy enough not to want to tie up that financing with an unknown 3rd party for the next 28 years. 

The reason for this is we are now dealing with an unknown 3rd party who we have no idea if they can and are willing to close. 

They are built into successful companies only by delivering a valuable service to investors, who come back for more of the valuable service as all parties prosper.

Would you say the negotiating part is something learnt with experience?

Which hardest part is finding an accredited university for that degree as SCSU was a main go-to but has halted the program. 

Which legal parties will need to be involved?

-reliable "handyman" who can deal with minor repairs (make sure licensed and insured)-tenant self-inspection app or use third party service for inspections-vendors to service home functions, e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
