I had a tenant that broke through a second story wooden deck railing at 2 am and fell to the street and had injuries last year.

I am planning on starting my investing close to home at first because I don't have a full on work truck rack and tools and a crew yet.

I am planning on stripping out the cheap floors (made out of plastic material) to sand and polish out the wooden floors underneath.

Summer kitchen with granite, tongue and groove coverd porch with pergola attached (living and dining area) , brazillian hardwood flooring throughout, wooden garage door, tile roof, fencing around property is a brick wall, built ins in all bedroom closets, millwork around all windows.  

,Could 2 of these foldable drying racks linky-link atenuate the situation?

I'd really be racking my brain to try and figure out what those previous potential buyers know (or found out) that you don't...
