Hey @Adolphus Fletcher,When it comes to avoiding personal guarantees on mortgages, especially through an LLC or S-Corp, here’s what I’ve learned:In the beginning, it’s tough to avoid personally guaranteeing loans unless your business has strong credit and a solid track record.

This is a nuanced situation, but you're on the right track with your thinking. 

We text through our software which is much easier to track than phones.

To do this I found you need (1) local type lender that keeps notes in their portfolio, (2) good credit and track record, and (3) leverage at 50% or less.  

Quit acting like you're helping BP, you're trying to get BP "back on track".

What we've found (our opinion):Virtual Assistant (VA): great for task-based work, but they won't care about your company, clients, etc.Remote Team Member (RTM): COVID allowed many to work from home.
