I started looking at Property Management companies via Google Maps and was appalled by many of the 2 star ratings. 

I’ve recently been taking this as an “excuse” to not proceed with real estate investing... like “the time will come” or something.But then today I checked their yelp and saw a 1-star and 1 review saying their lack of answering should have been a red flag before proceeding.Now I know it wasn’t the universe telling me to wait but really it was them...

How come somebody left me a 4-star review and what is wrong with them?

I’ve got 1500 5 star reviews and I manage remotely and I do not provide K-Cups.I never get calls about the coffee because I make sure the guests know what they’re getting before they arrive at the property.

I don’t know what they broke for said $140, but for me to give a darn they would have to message me and say something like “We broke your floor lamp on purposed because we know you won’t do anything about it and we’re leaving you 3 stars because we can.”

You can't build a rap if you get ZERO deals or leads.You NEED to have a website period, no matter if you do wholesale deals, sell cars, clean toilets, looking for new clients.There is no debating nor arguing this.If you send someone a letter/postcard or door-knocking, and I do the same and they look us up, and you are nowhere to be found while me...ALL over Google with 21,     5 star google reviews do you really think you will EVER..

We still had 5 stars and super host status.  

Among the charter schools are the Robert Treat Academy, the North Star Schools, and Kipp.

A 1-star review isn't the end of the world, but if you see a pattern of hostile or arrogant responses from the PM company, well....1) Do you, or the owners of the PM company, own multi-family rental property?
