Assuming that the boards underneath aren't destroyed you are probably looking at $20,000-$25,000 just for that. 

Remove all of the wood paneling (its nailed on) and repair plaster walls if needed, then paintI removed on panel to see what was underneath and it dosen't look too bad here anyway2.
