I always leave a snack pack with microwave popcorn and a few chocolates, a few pieces of fresh fruit, some instant oatmeal, coffee, tea and cream.

The closest guy to that is probably Ray Dalio, and he can't get as close a shave as you are asking on the matter.

Could go with a cooler bright white or a warmer almost cream color. 

But you can't have your cake and eat it with ice cream

I do know that to have a basement bedroom, the window(s) have to be of a certain size.

You can't be greedy and attempt to shave more meat off the numbers.

One thing to consider is modular costs about the same as stick built but you can usually shave some time.
