On the Results page of the report, select "Other Actions" > "Copy to "User" , enter and select the name of the BiggerPockets colleague you want to send it to and then select "Send Copy."

Mom and pops many tend to deal with the owners directly and can make a decision quicker with putting in an LOI and executing the lease phase.Regional to national tenants that are scaling tend to have SELECT TENANT brokers they work through.

Fix and flips, buy and holds, etc...this will determine your list selection.  

My properties there have been pretty stable with very little turn over although I would highly suggest doing a thorough tenant selection as with any rental.  

I learned how to stay within a budget how to select the right finishes for the price point of the house and how to pre-market it when neighbors walk by and stop to talk and every time you're at Home Depot which was right around the corner.
