He will just be creating his own competition not that your probably really any competition .. but I would not hold my breath waiting for this.the more I think about the sub too wrap especially with Dodd Frank  I can only see someone who really does not know what they are doing even attempting those , with properties as you described its a fools errand that one.But I wish you the best in your pursuits like you said you have nothing to risk but your time.

I agree with you 100%, I just didn't read anything about a tax plan in your original post so wanted to remind others reading the thread that this is NOT a one shot game, it is a lifetime pursuit.

Try reading this book by John Bogle:Enough.You clearly have more than enough money to do a blend of passive index investing and summarily discard the notion that you need to spend any additional effort for the rest of you or your family's life on anything as banal as the pursuit of additional pieces of currency that add no real value to your life.
