I live in the Dallas area.  I'm getting back into residential investing by Wholesaling and started my mailout campaign last week.

The last two decades I’ve been working for a private group investing and managing small shopping centers in Texas.

In my younger days, I invested and rehabbed multifamily properties in Fort Worth. 

I've been listening and reading a lot of information from the Bigger Pockets website.

Looking forward to a great 2016!
