Many CPAs do not do not provide this service at their practice so that may give you an indication on what it takes to do it correctly. 

Is this a common practice that you have seen and what’s your thoughts?

This is also called a simultaneous close.  

To get used to talking about it, I might just work with another new business owner and practice our pitches together.

But if you’re not doing it every day, and haven’t done lots of transactions, and aren’t intimately familiar with the local market on a house by house level, then you couldn’t possibly know as much about things to avoid and best practices etc. as someone who does it every day for a living and has done lots of transactions.

Just wanted to know if it is common practice among property management company in San Antonio to do this.
