I built this business on ONE idea- Do and be the opposite of stereotypical contractors...   

Just be careful that you don't stereotype all people in a line of business as dishonest and cheats.

I am eager to meet and talk with all of you about how we can all get better, make a difference in the community and continually learn and change the sad stereotype that our business has to the public eye.

To stereotype... guys are usually much more comfortable living in certain areas and not as nice properties than women.

I second the suggestions to get involved and connected so you can take action and avoid becoming the perpetual student.

For example, Discover, Chase & Citibank perpetually are sending us 0% offers with various terms for our existing credit lines with them... depending on which cards you have, some lenders might be best to pay off first so you can then transfer higher interest debt to them at 0%...I hope this all helps - best of luck!

I have paraphrased the heck out of this. . .Also, I will ping you privately, I am a relative perpetual noob also.

But a level of annoyance by such mentors can only be compared with the perpetual ocean tide where a student is locked in the metal barrel surfing the stormy surface.

Good possibility I can pull all (or more) of my cash out in 6 months with a re-appraisal, and create an income in perpetuity.
