Hi,

Are you expected to use cash when finding deals from a wholesaler or can you still use bank financing?

Thanks,

Randi Schwarz

@Riley Gilson

Obviously nobody is paying me. I put forth this information to help new people from getting jammed up dealing with unscrupulous operators. I gladly put forth information regarding dishonest practices and games played by agents as well.

It is in everyone's interest to verify EVERY piece of information provided to them. Dealing with a licensed agent certainly has some degree of safety vs dealing with an unlicensed broker who has -0- accountability.

Obviously, @Randi Schwarz is completely new by her question. I do hope you take my post into account to protect YOUR interests. There are lots of dishonest scammers in the real estate realm. If you choose to trust an unlicensed broker, make sure you make them provide WRITTEN comps, WRITTEN bids if they are making claims as to rehab costs, and WRITTEN comps if providing ARV figures. Remember, they are not licensed and have NO accountability.
