I'm new to the scene and curious about the process of listing apartments for rent.Do any/all sites take a cut of the deposit as a fee? 

Hello everybody I am a newbie to real estate investing scene and looking to do some buy/hold rental real estate in the Minneapolis/st Paul metro area.

Where are there real opportunities to improve the real estate scene?

I have zero tolerance for picky personalities and especially indivulaes with a inflated scenes of entitlement.

In the background of course I then expedited the power turn on behind the scenes and when the seller tried to say he got it on a few hours later I informed them that I had pulled a favor with my power company contact and we actually solved their problem.

i will be attending this next local REIG meeting to get a bigger picture of Rhode Island investing scene, even though i have been reading and learning for about 2 years now, but i am ready to advance now that i solved a credit issue. i know i asked a lot, i had a few questions and just figured to asked them all instead of posting a different post every few minutes.

I'm currently interested in Fix & Flip Opportunites and BRRRR Buy and Holds.I'm originally from Orange County, California but recently moved up to Northern Nevada 3 months ago and am looking to get connected into the local and Biggerpockets Real Estate Scene.

“Supporting” this over some unknown requirement being concocted behind the scenes made shrewd business sense.

My gut tells me this one is attractive and the buy in is low but behind the scenes may not be so pretty.
