Most are between 20-35K but I don't usually tackle "huge" jobs.

I have spent countless hours on my own remodels and research, learning the best tools and techniques for every job I tackle.

I will browse the education section and see what I can learn from there :).If anyone has any advice to which field I should tackle first regarding my current situation, I welcome any advise I can get :)

It's a big project that I'm eventually going to tackle, but it's very daunting (and a little depressing) to look into getting it done for someone else in my own home!

I'm worried what if the inspector finds major problems that I don't want to tackle on a first flip.

I want to focus on residential for now.I agree with the bandit sign cheesiness...that's why I tackled mailers first. the cost appeals to me more than anything else with bandit signs, but honestly, i'd rather get a deal than save money!
