Inherited house lead
I received a lead where a daughter inherited her mother's house. She would like to sell it , however her brother's name is on the house too as an inheritance but he hasn't been around for a couple years and is unable to be contacted. Mother did write a letter stating that her son isn't apart of the house and it is notarized. I am looking for suggestions on the best way to tackle this lead. She is contacting an attorney about the situation.
