You way decide  to use your money to compensate for you lack of time by hiring people to do your work, or you can do the work yourself, or a mix like I did.

what evaluation programs are you guys using to determine the best mix of price and utilization? 

Of course we would all like national chains for center mix because it helps lower cap rate on resale and they might pay more per sq ft then existing mom and pop to regionals.
