The market seems very hot at this point so not sure where the real-estate bubble is in the foresight.Looking at Bridgeport , Pilsen , Lower west , Maybe some suburbs to invent in.Its hard to get a double digit cash on cash return at this point.

I own 4 acres right across from the Graton Casino and am working with Rohnert park on a mixed used resi commercial plan.. they need housing. but as you know in that area its just SO expensive to get the dirt ready for vertical and the building permits and systems development fee's are off the charts.Even here in Portlandia..
