I'm looking for agents who are listing as I'm waiting on my Real Estate license to come in. I intend on buying it myself, as an agent. After I will be immediately renting it! Soo sorry buyers agents! Just got approved for $300k, open to many things. 

I'm leaning towards going towards the cheaper side, and ideally want something thats going to build equity well based off location. Also, of course cashflows.

I'm leaning towards a 2-3 bedroom town home in the area just north about the South Point Casino, mainly for the free way access to get to and from the southwest and the strip easily.
