If RE investing is the main source of stress in your life, it may be time to set a new gameplan.Other stressors can arise, such as tenant issues, property damage from inclement weather, market cycles - decreasing rents and property values, etc.I don't know of anyone who has successfully invested in RE without experiencing stress and some point.

They forced the back door open, (you could see the minor damage to the back door), then went inside to the front door, removed the entire door lock and went off to have a key made, then they reinstalled the front door lock.
