That's a lot of crap to juggle if you're only saving a few hundred bucks.

I'm afraid that most of the "You don't need to spend money on that crap" camp really just do not understand how the algorithms with these STR platforms work.

Not at all realistic responses.As for the OP...There is no % rule to make an offer.. all you read about the 70% rule is complete horse crap.1) You need to deal with motivated sellers.

How is this one:Anyone guaranteeing crap without proof to base their claims on is a scam.Stop talking, start proving.

You have a right to invest there, but not a right to let your properties go to crap in the process. 

AFTER 2016 they force you to the "subscription" model which is horse crap in my opinion. 

Don't buy cheap crap - the shelves are super flimsy and you have to deal with that on top of ice maker and general repairs.
