There is a sump pump in the new poured concrete side, but the water must be 5-6" high to spill over the concrete dividing the two rooms.

As I write this, I am having a radiant gas-powered 150ft heated driveway installed (it's a steep driveway that faces north) and I will be relisting this property in a week as soon as the new concrete is poured.I'm wondering if I have it listed way too low, and if this could be a reason it hasn't sold yet.

(20 by 20) it’s super aggressive and maybe far reaching, but we want to push as far forward as we can, and in my mind if you don’t push yourself outside your comfort zone you won’t reach your potential.But to answer your question, to get past the finance road block, we are continuing to educate ourselves and continuing to network until we find the right partners.
