I coach lease options, and I strongly recommend you get a CALIF real estate license. 

It would be great if I could find someone willing to be a mentor/coach.

I need a accountability partner, mentor and/or coach.

I have been using all of my free time(not much with 3 kids and we both coach, volunteer etc) to read and even listen to podcasts when I am feeding my newborn at "crack of dawn". 

I know Paul from a local coaching group and he is highly respected at the Milwaukee REIA.

So I created my own, I do use some of the techin questions in my course but the added bonus us the support ,  one on one coaching and the community .  

I am looking to network with real estate investors, and mentors/coaches all over the world, and also get some guidance on how to get started on doing wholesaling. 

Coopetition is a thing around here, with wholesalers co-wholesaling for others, building a team, etc - buyers are not the problem in this market, DEALFLOW is, but the right team behind you can make it all worthwhile.Hope to meet up sometime - and Rob in my office offers free 30 min coaching sessions too, if you think that would help!
