Newbie in Idaho

I am fairly new at this. I live in Idaho Falls, ID. I am married and have six kids. I have previously served in the US Army and a LDS mission. I really want to learn more about 5+ multi-family units. I need a accountability partner, mentor and/or coach. I want to add value and do things for others' especially here in my community.

This is a great place to start.  I would be willing to work as an accountability partner.  We own a duplex in Idaho Falls and other properties in Victor but if you would want to get together for lunch or just touch base once per month or something as a way to stay focused.  Would love to get your take on the market there etc.
