It's an interesting thing because in Lewiston the closer you are to the city center, the crappier it is.  

However, I would like to begin my exit from the lifestyle this career demands.I currently own one property that I have lived at for two years, a one bedroom high rise just outside of the Texas Medical Center.

A few years back they brought me to a beerfest (perhaps at a civic center?).

You don't need someone in a center city big firm. 

Other relatives live in Colombus Ohio, which looks great to me: University, Seat of Government, entertainment center and industry.  

My father actually was the starting center in 96 when they won the super bowl.

Development trends in an area always start with road development i.e expanding lanes or putting in new roads, then comes the housing, then comes shopping centers then comes medical facilities...urban sprawl.

As a broker my book is predominately more on the institutional side with power centers and grocery anchored centers.

We also lost an Amazon.com distribution center about 5 years ago.
