Hello from Charlotte North Carolina. I am a commercial broker specializing in retail and my wife works in multi family specifically in LIHTC.  Years ago I got into commercial hoping to start investing and just haven’t found the right entry point in retail. Have been considering starting in with a multi family deal recently. Somewhere 10-50 units but still learning the product. Excited to meet some like minded people and learn a lot about smaller multi family deals. 

My wife and I live in south Charlotte with 3 little kids and love to get out and travel.
