There were a few arguments thrown out during testimony, the strongest was "studies show the majority of lead poisoning stems from small 1-4 family units and that's why we are regulating those specifically and not larger buildings".

I've put money into a self-storage fund, a manufactured housing fund, multi/commercial REITs (through realtymogul.com) and even looking into a cannabis dispensary fund. 6-8% monthly dividend and 16-20% IRR> Feels good to me, but hard to know for sure.

The WCRT, stems from the initials for the Windy City Round Table, however it's more like the Wealth Community of Round Tables as we are growing nationally-- opening Detroit next month, as well as Orlando in early 2006.

Also, the cheap faucets tend to start leaking at the stem very quickly, and the low rent tenant will almost never report this.

It sounds like what you have is condensation that's probably stemming from an underlying insulation problem.

I certainly agree that engineers can bring a lot of strengths to real estate, and much of that value I believe stems from the ability to answer the underlying question of "Does it make sense?"

They need to be making on average 400% of GCI to be at a Conpass agent.And this whole line stems from the fact of Wills absurd claim that EXPs growth is unprecedented and causing fear in other agents...when the growth is not unprecedented at all, and is in fact an industry norm.
