Not in construction but I have been asked to go with girl friends (not girlfriend) when buying things like cars, larger sporting items, etc. it's a shame if there are people out there acting like this.Woman or man, it is always best to get multiple bids on a project.

What is a shame is that there are probably some good seminars/bootcamps with valuable info but because of these scam artists a lot of them are going to be overlooked.

1. cut that tree. especially if it's close to the house.2. seed it3. or sod itthose options are so cheap, almost a shame to not do it. remember, the condition of the WHOLE property will command what type of tenant you get.
