Not in construction but I have been asked to go with girl friends (not girlfriend) when buying things like cars, larger sporting items, etc. it's a shame if there are people out there acting like this.Woman or man, it is always best to get multiple bids on a project.

The big exceptions for this are Pittsburgh Perry High School, Sto-Rox High School, and Penn Hills Senior High School, all located in traditional African-American neighborhoods.It's a shameful series of realities and by simple geography invites us to contemplate the shameful heritage of systematic racism in this city.

If you want to connect with people beyond that meeting, get their card or contact info, ask if you can call them (think of a reason), then call them.As for being a newbie, it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Such a shame people fall for these (even as a non-real estate professional, one should know better).

What is a shame is that there are probably some good seminars/bootcamps with valuable info but because of these scam artists a lot of them are going to be overlooked.

It sure is a shame you can’t look in the mailbox to see who is receiving mail at the property in question – wouldn’t that be easy?

1. cut that tree. especially if it's close to the house.2. seed it3. or sod itthose options are so cheap, almost a shame to not do it. remember, the condition of the WHOLE property will command what type of tenant you get.
