I am looking to invest into wholesaling so I must need a lot of publication and advertising.  

Aside from that I used to only advertise listings on craigslist as a few people told me that an MLS subscription isn't worth it for commercial rentals.

I haven't used it, myself, but I understand that you have to advertise frequently or the ad gets buried.Best of luck!

Get a lease/option with the seller so you can legally advertise the property (because you have a lease). 2. 

@Miles StanleySome companies out there are advertising certain products but they still need to be underwritten.
