I actually think cashflow might be near impossible in NYC barring a very unique alignment of circumstances and am looking now in mount vernon, Schenectady, trenton and nearby.

And while costs would vary wildly from utility to utility, I would suspect JUST the utilities costs could be 46K or better.I know as an example 20 years ago when I actually did utility distribution engineering, we used to charge just under 10K for a pad mount transformer.  

I had 1/4" added to two bathroom ceilings because we didn't think the current ceiling would hold up where we wanted some little led lights with the tension clip mounts.

A fact is that the thermostat measures the air temperature at the wall in the room it's mounted to, not where there's a warm room.

From quite a few years experience, I recommend the machine be mounted near to your key board/cabinet.

Right now I have just one camera mounted at the exterior of the front door facing outward to the driveway.
