Hello everyone, I'm a new whole real estate investor in the Memphis and north Mississippi area.

The cap may also depend on your area (I'm currently living in Columbus, MS).

I have a great deal in Mississippi but I am having trouble finding financing.

Generally speaking, wait if you're in a state like California that charges you an arm and a leg for the privilege of having an LLC, and file now if you're in a state like Mississippi that doesn't charge domestic LLCs annual fees. 

Can anyone suggest a good CPA in the Memphis, TN or North Mississippi area?

I'm in Jackson, Mississippi (key word).

I am currently interning in Jackson, MS, but live in Yorktown, VA.
