First deal done, now what?!
Goodmorning y'all!
A week and a half ago I closed on my first wholesaling deal! This is a huge accomplishment for me because I'm 19 & a college freshman (wanting to achieve a whole lot more).
I used some of that money to pursue getting my real estate license and then another good chunk for a website and marketing.
My questions are:
•What do i do to find my next deal, it feels like I'm starting all over again.
•What do I do to find a sponsoring broker? Like how do I go about asking a broker to be my sponsor?
I'm in Jackson, Mississippi (key word).
-Thanks in advance, I wish the best of success to everyone!

Congratulations on your first deal @Trey Brooks. Put your capital from the proceeds of your first deal towards a direct mail campaign. That is one route to take amongst others.
Hope that helps on your first question. Others will chime in to address the second.
